How to book a holiday to Mistral Hotel: frequently asked questions

Below are the questions that users ask us most frequently. You will find helpful tips for navigating and understanding of the operation of our site.

You can make a booking request directly to the hotel by calling or sending an e-mail. As soon as possible, you will receive all the requested information including our offers, discounts, last-minute deals and on how to arrange your holiday.

You should immediately confirm your reservation by phone or email. We will then send you a final confirmation with a request for a deposit (30 % of your total stay – minimun one night of stay). You can send the deposit by bank transfer or credit card with an authorization to debit your credit card with the amount due. We will deduct the deposit from the final bill at the time of your departure.

In case of cancellations made before the arrival, there will be neither a penalty charge nor a refund of the deposit; however, the guest may use his deposit for a future holiday (Of the same amount or higher than the previous one, at current rates at that time and subject to availability) to be taken before 30th September of the following year. In no event will the deposit be refunded.
