I want to spend my holidays on Elba at the Hotel Mistral: I have to send a deposit? how do I confirm my booking?
The quickest way is to use the online booking, with payment by credit card that allows you to get an immediate booking confirmation by email (you can choose the bank transfer and reserve a room up to the verification of the payment: a second email will confirm of booking). If you choose to book in another way, you should immediately confirm your reservation by phone, fax, or email. You will receive a final confirmation with a request for a deposit equal to 30% of the stay. The deposit must be sent by bank transfer or with an authorization to debit your credit card, or money order. The deposit will be deducted at the hotel, from the final bill at the time of your departure.
I booked the Hotel Mistral sending the deposit or by booking online, but I can not leave. How do I cancel a reservation?
In case of cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date there are no penalties or refunds will be offered but there is always the possibility to use the deposit for a future stay (subject to availability confirmation by the Hotel) to be made by 30 September the following year. For cancellations within 6 days from the date of the stay may be required from the hotel a cancellation fee equal to the full amount of the deposit. In no case, however, the deposit paid will be refunded.
